Who are the chiropractors at Dayton Pain & Injury?
Dayton Pain & Injury’s chiropractors are Dr. Tariq Arif, Dr. Kevin Naples and Dr. Tom. Together they treat car accident injuries, work and sports injuries, and chronic neck and back pain.
They’re supported by therapy aides, a front desk team, an office coordinator and a patient driver, so every visit is easy from check-in to ride home.

Dr. Tariq Arif
“I had a running injury in high school and had to go to PT. That’s when I thought, this is what I want to do.”
Dr. Arif leads Dayton Pain & Injury with a focus on auto accident recovery and patient-first care. His own experience as an injured athlete shaped the way he treats every patient: listen first, find the root cause, and stay with them until they’re back to full strength.

Dr. Naples provides chiropractic care for accident, work and everyday injuries, with personalized treatment plans that help patients move better and recover faster.

“I started practicing in 1989 after graduating in Chicago.”
With more than three decades in practice, Dr. Tom brings deep clinical experience to every adjustment, treating back pain, neck pain, headaches and spinal problems.
