Get back to work, and back in the game
Rehabilitation that restores strength and mobility, prevents long-term damage and supports a safe return to activity.
How are work and sports injuries treated?

Common questions about work & sports injuries
More questions? See our full FAQ or call (937) 910-0463.
Should I use ice or heat for a new injury?
For the first 48–72 hours after a sprain or strain, ice usually helps calm swelling and pain. After that, heat can relax tight muscles. If you’re unsure, or pain isn’t improving, get evaluated.
When can I return to sports after an injury?
When you have full, pain-free movement and your strength is back to normal on both sides. Returning too early is a leading cause of re-injury, so we test your readiness before clearing you.
Do you treat workers’ compensation injuries?
Call us at (937) 910-0463 to check your claim. In Ohio, work injury claims are handled through the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation or a self-insured employer, and our team will help you understand your options.
Do I need to report a work injury to my employer?
Yes. Report it to your employer as soon as possible and get medical care promptly. Waiting can make it harder to document what happened and get your claim approved.
Can a chiropractor treat sports injuries?
Yes. Chiropractors commonly treat sprains, strains, back and neck injuries and joint problems from sports, often combined with physical therapy to rebuild strength.
How can I prevent the injury from coming back?
Finish your full rehab plan, keep up your home exercises, warm up before activity, and use proper lifting and movement technique. We teach you the specific habits that protect your injury.
